On August 5, 1954, another child, Dana Ribble was born. And then again on November 16, 1955 another little girl was born. She was named Penny Ribble. A couple of months after Penny was born Bill decided to move the family to Blanchard, Oklahoma. His father, HL, had been a ranch foreman there for several years and needed help. They only lived there for around a year when the owner of the ranch sold it and the new owner did not need a foreman. Bill and Jackie and kids moved back to Graham.
